Concentrix Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX), today announced the company has officially launched the offering of voice delivery services in Mandarin and native Korean from its facility in Chengdu, China. Building on a successful five-year history of providing business process outsourcing (BPO) services in China, Concentrix is now at the forefront of the outsourcing industry by providing North American businesses with true in-language customer service and support in Mandarin and native Korean.
