Creative Vistas, Inc. (OTCBB:CVAS), a leading provider of advanced video security and surveillance solutions as well as broadband-related services, announced today that it has launched a new subsidiary, OSS-IM View (OSS-IM), to further develop its proprietary Business Intelligence (BI) software. OSS-IM will be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company’s broadband deployment division. The Company’s current BI software, developed over five years ago, is a leading-edge program that manages data from over a million multi-faceted transactions fulfilled annually by the Company for its large cable-system customers. Wireless and web enabled, the software provides automated intelligent decision-making for managing customer transactions, vehicles, technicians, supply chains, HR-related functions and other activities. With OSS-IM, the Company will now have a business unit focused specifically on further building its BI capacity, one of its key competitive advantages. It also regards its continual improvement of BI capability as crucial to the successful marketing of DependableHome, its soon-to-be-launched brand of residential broadband and security-related products and services.
