Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of private-jet services, recently welcomed over fifty of the company’s partner maintenance providers to a two-day summit at its Cleveland headquarters facility. The summit consisted of informational sessions, presentations and discussion forums regarding Flight Options’ maintenance network, the largest dedicated maintenance network in general aviation. “Flight Options’ first annual Maintenance Summit was a great success and illustrated the dedication to continuous improvement in safety and oversight that we share with all of our partners,” said Todd Hattaway, vice-president, maintenance, Flight Options, LLC. “This meeting allowed us to openly discuss issues and share best practices with those leading maintenance providers that help us deliver the high level of safety and service that is synonymous with Flight Options.” The Summit, which took place on November 28 and 29, was attended by top companies in private aircraft maintenance. A Safety Management Systems overview and introductions to Flight Options’ own safety and service-based culture and its training modules were among the event’s highlights. Due to the success of this first effort, Flight Options plans to make the maintenance summit an annual event.
